Lead with your goal.
Talos takes a goal from requirement to production. It plans the work, builds it, audits the result and stops to ask you whenever a decision is yours to make.
Structured delivery
Goals become tracked work items with owners, status and a clear way forward.
Verified by default
Every requirement gets its own Definition of Done and matching end-to-end checks.
Humans stay in charge
Talos asks first. Decisions that need your input are flagged on the pull request.
From requirement to reviewed code, with one thread running through it.
Design. AI organizes the work.
Describe the goal. Talos breaks it into work items, sets the order and keeps the board current as the work moves from Backlog to QA.
- Work items created and tracked automatically
- AI-generated and human-created items sit on the same board
- Seamless native integration with GitHub, GitLab, Plane, and Jira

Every requirement gets its own DoD.
Talos writes a Definition of Done for each requirement, then generates the end-to-end checks that prove it. You agree the criteria before the work starts.
- Criteria generated per requirement and open to edit
- Matching end-to-end checks created alongside the code
- Generated checks are not passed checks: results are recorded, never assumed
DoD generated for this requirement
Questions first. Then progress.
When a requirement is ambiguous, Talos does not guess. It raises a human gate on the pull request, waits for your answer, then carries on.
- Business clarifications surfaced as tagged PR questions
- Work pauses visibly: waiting-human is a status, not a mystery
- Every answer is stored with the decision it unblocked
Find. Fix. Review again.
After development, Talos audits its own output against the DoD, fixes what fails and reviews again. The loop ends when the checks do, not when the model says it is done.
- Audit stage reads the code against the agreed criteria
- Failures routed back to development with context
- Review excerpts kept as evidence for your team
Audit
Check code against each DoD item.
Fix
Repair failures with the finding attached.
Review
Re-run checks. Repeat until clean.
AI, across the entire workflow.
Talos sits in the middle of delivery and works at every stage. Feedback from each stage flows back into the next iteration.
AI-powered work across every delivery phase.
From goal analysis and contract design to pull request generation and verification, Talos orchestrates each milestone.
Analysis & planning
Turn a goal into scoped requirements and a sequenced plan.
Design & architecture
Structured work items and technical design linked to each requirement.
Development
Code written against the agreed Definition of Done, pull request by pull request.
Testing & quality
End-to-end checks generated per requirement, with results recorded.
Delivery
Production completion with a senior developer, backed by an audit trail.
Feedback & iteration
Findings and human answers feed the next pass, so the loop keeps tightening.
From first use to production completion.
One real Java integration. QA built the core with no coding; a senior developer completed production.

What is Talos?
Talos is Tuxmart's AI platform for end-to-end software delivery. It plans work, writes code, generates verification checks, audits the output and asks a human when a decision is theirs.
Does it replace developers?
No. In the Java case above a senior developer completed production. Talos moves effort earlier and lets QA and developers each do the part they are best placed for.
How do you know the output is correct?
Each requirement has its own Definition of Done and matching end-to-end checks. Generated checks are not treated as passed checks; results are recorded from actual runs.
What is a human gate?
A point where Talos stops and tags the pull request with a question, such as whether to keep original files. Work resumes after you answer.
Which tools and languages does it support?
Talos integrates directly with Plane, GitHub, GitLab, and Jira. It natively supports Go, TypeScript, Python, and Java, orchestrating Git workflows, worktrees, and Docker/Kubernetes environments.
